Protected payments

Theatr holds payment until 30 minutes after the event begins, so buyers have time to confirm their tickets are valid and request a full refund if something goes wrong.

For sellers

Have tickets you can’t use? List them for free, with no seller fees. You keep 100% of your earnings.

When your tickets sell, we’ll let you know. Transfer the tickets, confirm in the app, and get paid to your account 2 business days after the event.

For buyers

Set Notify for events you care about, and we’ll let you know when tickets appear within your price range.

Every purchase is protected. If your tickets are invalid, you can request a full refund up until 30 minutes after the event begins.
