◆ About Pro Features

【Payment Method】

・Pro features cost ¥150 per month (tax included) or ¥1,200 per year (tax included).

・Charges will be billed to your Apple ID account.

・Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly starting from the sign-up date.

・If you purchase a paid Pro subscription via the App Store during the free trial period (annual billing only), the free trial ends immediately and charges begin.

【Auto-Renewal Details】

・Your membership will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the membership end date.

・The renewal charge will be billed at least 24 hours before the membership end date.

【How to Check Subscription Status & Cancel (Turn Off Auto-Renewal)】

1. Tap the “Settings” app on your device

2. Tap your name

3. Tap “Subscriptions”

4. Select pale, review your subscription details, then cancel via “Cancel Subscription”

※Please note: You cannot cancel Pro features from within the pale app.

【Cancellation During the Term of Your Current Plan】

Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period of any plan for which you have already paid.

You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the remaining period.
