My old iPhone battery health dropped to 79%. I opened the camera app to record a video and watched 9% of my battery disappear in just 10 minutes. Replacing the battery or buying a new phone wasn’t an option. So I built this instead.

LB Camera did the same recording in the same 10 minutes and used just 3%, one-third of the drain. That is not a feature. That is the whole point.

If your battery health is under 85%, your camera app is one of the biggest drains on your phone. Most people don't realise it until they're at 9% in the middle of something that matters, like a concert, a wedding, a once-in-a-lifetime moment. This app was built for that exact moment.

Subscription options

LB Camera Pro is available as a Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings then Your Name then Subscriptions.

Important notes

We do not guarantee recordings will be saved in the event of crashes, low battery, or force quit. Results from my personal test on an iPhone SE 2020 with 79% battery health. Results may vary depending on device and settings.

Legacy users

Purchased LB Camera before April 2026? Your full access is automatically restored with no subscription needed. Just open the app.
