While it will be easy for you to focus on the techniques shown in the videos, I’d like you to make the effort to combine the techniques with the training methods discussed in the articles section. The combination of the two will provide you with months and months of training - training that will turn into measurable and observable skill sets!
Good training to you,
Roy Harris
P.S. With just two months of focused training (in early 2021), I taught a new blue belt how to pass the guard as well as prevent and escape the triangle choke and spinning arm lock (just like I taught on this app). To make a long story short, he is now passing the guards of purple, brown and black belts. And, he hasn’t yet tapped to an arm lock or choke. On top of all of this, his primary instructor is now preparing him for his purple belt examination 7-8 months from now (the fall of 2021).
So:
1. Watch the videos.
2. Practice what you see.
3. Read the articles.
4. Implement what I’ve written.
5. Repeat!
I guarantee you will see results!
