Sherwood offers a wholesome reading and audiobook platform built for families who want real books, professional narration, strong parental controls, and a safer place for kids to read and listen. An app where reading is the entertainment, and the stories are worth getting lost in.

One subscription gives the whole family unlimited access to Sherwood’s growing library of audiobooks, ebooks, and read-alongs. There are no library waitlists, checkout limits, or book-by-book purchases. Kids can read and listen as much as they want across their own parent-managed profiles.

Sherwood works with real books from real authors and publishers, including audiobooks performed by professional narrators. Every audiobook includes on-screen captions so children can see the words as they listen. When an audiobook and ebook are paired together, Sherwood creates a read-along experience where the ebook text highlights in sync with the narration.

Parents can create child profiles, choose what each child can access, build playlists, download books for offline use, and review reading and listening activity by profile.
