Start with what is on hand. SmartMeal searches a curated offline library of hundreds of compatible recipes, shows clear cooking steps, and turns meals into a weekly plan and grocery list—even when AI or the network is unavailable.

Included features cover local recipe suggestions, cooking steps, full weekly planning, grocery tools, favorites, saved plans, up to 12 household profiles, exports, and on-device history. These local tools remain available without a subscription.

Optional auto-renewable AI memberships add cloud-assisted planning capacity. Plus is $4.99 per week and includes 100 AI recipe and planning actions each week with AI-assisted one-week plans. Pro is $9.99 per week and includes 500 AI actions each week with AI-assisted two-week plans. Elite is $19.99 per week and includes 1,500 AI actions each week with AI-assisted four-week plans. All tiers can use AI recipe refinement, meal swaps, grocery optimization, and planning reports. StoreKit displays the localized price before purchase.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day introductory free trial. Apple determines eligibility, and each subscriber can receive only one introductory offer in this subscription group. After the trial, the selected plan renews weekly at its displayed price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Only one SmartMeal AI membership can be active at a time. Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription are available in the app.

App Store AI credit packs support occasional AI actions without a membership. One credit is retained only after an AI action succeeds; local and failed requests do not use credits. Paid AI actions require the in-app AI privacy permission before request details—including opted-in household preferences and wellness-derived planning targets—are sent to SmartMeal AI and its third-party AI provider.
