Topo maps - Norway puts Kartverket's detailed topographic map of Norway right in your pocket. From fjord paths and mountain plateaus to forest cabins and coastal trips, you've got a clear outdoor map that works even without a signal.

The map covers Norway at practical outdoor scales and looks sharp on Retina displays.

What's inside

- Full offline use — download any area to your device and leave reception behind

- Tracks and waypoints, with GPX import and export (folders stay intact)

- Route Planner lets you plan routes ahead of time by placing points on the map. You can also save and edit routes later. It shows the total distance and area of the route you draw.

- Measure Tool for checking distance and angle between points: touch and hold the map with two fingers. Supports degrees, NATO mils (6400) and Finnish piiru (6000)

- Display, copy, and search coordinates in WGS84 (DD, DDM, DMS), ETRS-TM35FIN, MGRS, UTM / ETRS89, SWEREF 99 TM, and ETRS-GK

- Drop a base camp and navigate back to it whenever you need

- Address and place search with recents and autocomplete

- Apple street and satellite maps when you need a different view

A small note on GPS: tracking in the background drains the battery faster than usual, so keep an eye on it on longer trips.
