watchHR is a professional heart rate monitoring and HRV app that provides real-time heart rate tracking, a smart alert system, and comprehensive workout data recording.

A low heart rate below a set low heart rate produces a single beep and vibration; a high heart rate above a set high heart rate produces two beeps and two vibrations;

A high abnormal heart rate above a set abnormal heart rate produces three beeps and three vibrations, improving upon the inherent sound alerts of the Apple Watch.

It can be used as a self-imposed exercise reminder or as a reminder when your heart rate is too high or too low, thus protecting your heart.

How to use it:

1. For first-time use, you need to set your personal profile, including gender and age, to calculate various heart rate zones.

2. Go to the settings page to set low, high, and abnormal heart rate thresholds, and set the monitoring frequency in seconds.

2. For subsequent use, simply select an exercise and press the "Start" button to return to the home page to view your heart rate, heart rate chart, and HRV changes.
