AlarMind is an alarm that starts your day with a few words to yourself.

When you turn off the alarm, the app opens, and you begin your day by speaking your own phrase aloud or typing it out. One short sentence, repeated every morning, shapes the tone of your day.

If you don't say your phrase, the alarm rings again after one minute — keeping you from drifting back to sleep without meaning to.
