Army Leaders Book Online helps leaders track Soldiers, readiness, counseling, reporting, and daily operations from mobile or web—anytime, anywhere.

Built for chain-of-command visibility, Army LBO connects leaders through First Line Leader (FLL) linking. When a Team Leader links to a Squad Leader, the Soldiers assigned to that Team Leader roll up to the Squad Leader. When that Squad Leader links to the Platoon Sergeant, the squad rolls up again. Each level gains visibility without rebuilding another spreadsheet, recreating another leader book, or collecting the same information from scratch.

The result: less duplicate data entry, fewer surprise issues, faster access to Soldier information, and more time spent planning, training, and leading.
