What IVF Tracker : Cycle & Meds does:
IVF is a lot of information moving at once: daily injections on a shifting schedule, monitoring appointments that get added with a day's notice, lab numbers you're expected to track over time, embryo updates that arrive in unfamiliar shorthand. IVFTracker exists to hold all of it in one place, clearly, without asking you to also manage a login or wonder where your medical data is going.
It was built for one specific person going through one specific IVF journey, not designed as a general wellness platform. That shows up in what it does and, just as much, in what it deliberately doesn't do.
Five things it tracks
Medications.
Log every injection and oral medication with dose, timing, and site, useful for the stim phase, when two or three medications a day on a schedule that changes mid-cycle is normal, not an edge case. Rotate injection sites, note what's running low, and see your full regimen at a glance instead of piecing it together from a folder of printed instructions.
Appointments.
Monitoring visits during stimulation often get scheduled just a day or two out. Keep every appointment, including baseline bloodwork, ultrasounds, retrieval, and transfer, in one running list instead of scattered across texts, emails, and a paper calendar from the clinic.
Lab results and charts.
Record E2, LH, progesterone, follicle counts, and other values as they come in, and see them charted over time instead of as a disconnected list of numbers from different phone calls. Trends matter more than any single result, and this makes the trend visible.
Embryo tracking.
Log fertilization reports, day-by-day development, and grading as your embryologist provides it. It's a record you control, in plain view, rather than something you have to reconstruct from memory before a follow-up call with your clinic.
Journal.
A private space for the parts of this process that don't fit into a data field: how a day went, how a decision felt, what you want to remember or ask about next time. No prompts, no forced positivity. Just a place to write.
What IVFTracker is not:
It is not a clinical tool, and it doesn't try to be. It won't interpret your lab results, flag values as normal or abnormal, suggest dosing changes, or offer medical guidance of any kind. Every number and note you enter is yours to review with your actual care team, the people who have your full chart, your history, and the authority to make treatment decisions. IVFTracker is a place to keep things organized for those conversations, not a substitute for them.
It also doesn't have an account, a login, or cloud sync. There's no server involved and nothing to lose in a data breach, because there's nothing being transmitted in the first place. Your information stays on your device. That's a deliberate limit, not a missing feature. If you switch phones, you'll need to handle the transfer yourself using standard device backup, the same as any other on-device app.
Finally, it's a one-time purchase. No subscription, no recurring charge, no upsells, no ads. You pay once and the app is yours, for a process that already comes with enough recurring costs.
Who it's for:
If you're in an IVF cycle right now, or about to start one, and you want your medications, appointments, labs, and embryo updates in one place instead of six, this is built for exactly that. It's especially useful during the stim and monitoring phases, when the volume of daily detail is highest and the cost of losing track of something is real.
Track your cycle. Keep your data to yourself. Focus on getting through it.
