Lunar Mirror: Mood Tracking

Lunar Mirror is a quiet journaling app shaped around the cycles you

already live in — the moon's phases, your zodiac season, the year's

wheel of light and dark, and your own daily practice. It exists to

help you reflect on your patterns.

Most wellness apps tell you what to do. Lunar Mirror shows you what

you've done — quietly, across weeks and months and seasons — and

lets you draw your own conclusions. The app generates no advice. It

surfaces only your own data, organized so the rhythms become visible.

CYCLES YOU CAN SEE

A horizontal carousel on Today surfaces the three cycles that shape

every day:

• Lunar — the moon's current phase, sign, and day of cycle.

• Zodiac — the sun's slow journey through the twelve signs.

• Year — your solar year, anchored to the eight Wheel-of-Year

stations

Optionally add a menstrual cycle, a project cycle, or any cycle of

your own.

JOURNAL THE INNER, CORE, AND OUTER

Each entry captures three dimensions of your day:

• Inner — mood, energy, focus, clarity, intuition, creativity.

• Core — your day's symbols, cycle phase, daily practices.

• Outer — your long-form reflection, plus optional menstrual

and intimate tracking.

The check-in flow is breath-first and slow on purpose — a private

moment, not a quiz.

PATTERNS FROM YOUR OWN DATA

The Patterns surface shows what emerges from your entries over time

— flow ribbons of mood and energy against the moon, a "what visited"

grid of recurring symbols, per-metric rhythm against your cycle.

Empty until you log; the wait is the point.

DAYS THAT MATTER

Solar returns, special moon events (blue moons, super moons,

eclipses), and your own anniversaries — all in one list. Optional

notifications for the ones you care about, days or weeks in advance.

DAILY PRACTICES

Small rituals you choose. A 7-day glance lives on Today; the full

library lives in You. Nothing is auto-seeded — pick the suggested

starter set or build your own from scratch.

PRIVACY AS A TECHNICAL GUARANTEE

Lunar Mirror collects nothing.

• No account. Open the app, journal. There is no sign-up screen.

• No cloud. Your journal, reflections, cycles, and profile live

in the per-install sandbox on your device.

• No analytics, no telemetry, no third-party SDKs. The app has

no networking layer — it cannot transmit data even if it tried.

• Optional Face ID / Touch ID lock. Re-arms when you switch apps

so your reflections are never visible in the app-switcher.

HEMISPHERE AWARENESS

The Wheel of Year, season labels, and solstice/equinox reminders

resolve correctly for both Northern and Southern hemispheres.

Solstice lands on the longest day of your actual summer, not the

calendar's.

Feminine lunar rhythm and menstrual tracking sit alongside

masculine seasonal/solar anchoring. Both ways of reading time are

first-class — no defaults that ignore half the audience.
