SmartBike Lab

SmartBike Lab is a MAHLE SmartBike Systems smartphone application designed especially for stores and suppliers of electric bicycles that uses any MAHLE SmartBike System for technical support and diagnosis. It is compatible with most of the products and systems designed by MAHLE SmartBikes . The function of this application is to connect the eBike to the mobile phone of the technical service user, in order to directly carry out procedures such as diagnosis, reparation, set-up and updating or the replacement of components in case of a malfunction.

A store should have a User Account authorized and provided by the brand, enabling it to operate the application.

The diagnosis can be carried out on the devices manufactured by MAHLE SmartBike as well as compatible technologies from other electric bicycle manufacturing brands, due to the lack of third party diagnostic tools, the MAHLE SmartBike Lab® application is frequently opted for by other brands with HMI produced by MAHLE Smartbikes.

Any procedures carried out on compliant eBikes are saved on the cloud for future reference.

You can check stablished motor maps and adjust them, to check ebike and devices status and information, to use installation guides provided by your brand and to install new device Installation

Engineering Mode

This mode let you see devices information in real time while you are interacting with your connected ebike. There is also a helpful option to record situations where dealers want to report some specific behaviour of ebike.

Settings

You can adjust your personal information, security and privacy options, units, to see in which brands you are an autorished dealer and language settings.
