Your photos never leave your Mac. Every AI feature in Visuals runs locally.

Faces & People — automatic face detection and recognition across your library. Name the people it finds and navigate your collection by person.

Text-to-image search — describe what you're looking for ("sleeping dog at sunset," "people on a beach") and find matching photos and video frames.

Find Similar — point at any photo and surface the most visually and conceptually similar images in your library.

Duplicate detection — find exact copies, near-duplicates, and semantically similar images. Resolve with preset rules or manually.

MAPS & PHOTO TRAILS

Every geotagged photo appears as a pin on an interactive map. Clusters split as you zoom. Toggle between Standard and Satellite views.

Photo Trails connect your photos in time order so you can retrace a walk, hike, or road trip — step through each location with the inspector updating as you go.

Library export and import as CSV or JSON — a preview step shows exactly what will change before you commit.

Type to find — start typing a filename in the grid to jump to the matching item, Finder-style.
