SpeakApp is Free, download it and use it. SpeakApp Premium, expands Geolocation and Translation functionalities, and is available by subscription.

The subscription price is $ 5.99 per week, or $ 29.99 per quarter.

The price and duration of the subscription may vary by location. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew if it is not canceled at least 24 hours before the current period. You will not be able to cancel the subscription once it is activated.
