Lumyra

Lumyra is an anime-style screen fill light selfie tool. The core idea is to turn your iPhone into a soft, colorful fill light — the app displays a full‑screen glowing color behind the viewfinder, synced with the device’s physical screen brightness, to provide natural, soft illumination for your face in low‑light environments.

It offers three fill light modes:

Solid Color Mode: The entire screen emits a single, uniform color.

Gradient Mode: Two colors blend smoothly across the screen.

Split Color Mode: The screen is divided horizontally, vertically, or diagonally into two sections, each displaying a different color.

Every gradient and split mode supports four split directions (horizontal, vertical, top‑left diagonal, bottom‑right diagonal), totaling 12 geometric lighting combinations.

Features include:

8 carefully curated cinematic presets: Cherry Blossom Drift, Golden Hour, Aurora Purple, Coral Reef, Glacier Blue, Matcha Mist, Smoky Silver, and Deep Sea Glow.

Unlimited custom presets, created using a high‑definition HSL full‑color picker to freely adjust primary and secondary colors.

All presets are stored locally on your device.

The camera defaults to the front‑facing lens, with a 240×320pt rounded viewfinder that glows with the current preset color. It supports mirror flip for natural selfies, and photos are automatically saved to your system camera roll when the shutter is pressed. The camera automatically stops when the app is backgrounded and resumes when you return, protecting your privacy.

Lumyra supports four interface languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. All preset names have poetic translations in each language.

The visual design features an anime theme: a dark starry background with floating sparkles, cross‑star glints, star mist, frosted glass panels, and golden outlines. UI elements dynamically shift to match the current preset color — including the shutter ring, sliders, viewfinder glow, and brightness button — complemented by subtle haptic feedback.

The app runs completely offline. No account registration or login is required, no network requests are made, no data is collected, and no third‑party SDKs are integrated. The camera is only used for live preview and taking photos — no recording, analysis, or uploading takes place.
