Requirements

A paired Apple Watch is required

Wrist temperature requires Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch Ultra, or later

Sleep Tracking with Apple Watch must be enabled

Sleep Focus should be active for at least 4 hours per night for approximately 3 nights to establish a baseline
