Standalone Watch App: No iPhone connection required! The watch independently records your battles and health data.

Health Data Sync: Reads your Apple Health data. (If data shows as 0, please manually enable reading permissions in Settings > Health > Privacy > FitMage). All data is stored purely locally.

Note: Deleting the app from your Apple Watch will result in data loss, as we respect your privacy and do not store health data on external servers.
