SwimWarrior is The Game of Swimming; an app that makes tracking progress and providing motivation easy for competitive swim teams of any size!

RANKING SYSTEM

SwimWarrior provides 3 types of rankings for every swimmer on a team. Rankings are based on swimmers’ best times in 28 events, with faster times leading to higher ranks. Times can be added from both practice sessions and meet result files.

RANKING TYPES

-Event Rank: determined based on a swimmer’s best time in an event

-Stroke Rank: determined based on a swimmer’s best time in all events of a specific stroke

-Overall Rank: determined based on a swimmer’s best time in all events

RANKING STRUCTURE

The ranking system works very similar to popular competitive, online video games. The ranks and their score ranges are:

-Copper: 0-500pts

-Bronze: 500-1000pts

-Silver: 1000-1500pts

-Gold: 1500-2000pts

-Platinum: 2000-2500pts

-Diamond: 2500-3000pts

-Challenger: 3000-3500pts

-Master: 3500-4000pts

EVENT SELECTION

Choose amongst 28 events for SCY, SCM and LCM to be used to determine rankings:

-Butterfly: 25, 50, 75, 100 & 200

-Backstroke: 25, 50, 75, 100 & 200

-Breaststroke: 25, 50, 75, 100 & 200

-Freestyle: 25, 50, 75, 100, 200, 400/500, 800/1000 & 1500/1650

-Medley: 100, 200 & 400

TIMES MANAGEMENT

To make the most out of the software, coaches must upload times. It’s incredibly easy to add and manage times in SwimWarrior!

-Stopwatch: SwimWarrior features a state-of-the-art, in-app stopwatch feature that allows coaches to easily capture times data from practice in real time. Coaches select the events and swimmers they wish to time and the app autogenerates heats based on the number of lanes the coach wishes to use. The stopwatch is built to be optimized for the experience of coaching on deck, meaning that there is no need to look at the device while timing!

-Meet File Import: SwimWarrior supports importing meet results files. After results files are processed, all times are stored automatically in swimmer’s profiles.

-Manual Entry: SwimWarrior makes it easy to manually add times on the web and mobile app with a great user experience.

ENGAGEMENT TOOL

SwimWarrior is a tool for everyone on your team. With accounts for coaches, swimmers and parents, it’s easy to keep everyone updated with the skill level of every swimmer on the team and the progress they are making. When swimmer’s hit a new personal record or rank up, the app sends a push notification to them and their parent.
