## Data interpretation
- Apple download prices are collected from Apple's public catalog and Lookup/Search services.
- Google Play download prices and listing metadata are collected from public product pages using country and language parameters.
- The authenticated Google Play Developer API is not used for arbitrary third-party apps because it is designed for publishing and managing apps associated with a developer account.
- Apple in-app purchase data contains only products visible on public App Store pages and may be incomplete.
- Google Play public pages may expose whether an app contains ads or in-app purchases and may expose a localized purchase-price range.
- Complete Google Play product names, base plans, offers, and exact SKU prices require the app owner's authenticated Developer API access and are not claimed for arbitrary third-party apps.
- Currency conversions are informational reference values, not checkout or card settlement quotes.
- Apple rankings are saved from Apple Marketing Tools feeds. Google Play rankings are saved from observed public ranked collections; they are not represented as an official Google ranking API.
- Limited-time free download deals are rechecked against Apple's current public price. Lifetime Pro and in-app purchase promotions are community-discovered, time-stamped, source-linked, and may expire without a stated end time.
- TestFlight invitations are public Apple-hosted links; capacity and availability are controlled by developers and Apple.
