EHP Healthy Choice

The EHP Healthy Choice app:

- gives you access to your Cleveland Clinic EHP Healthy Choice wellness program information.

- has integration with Apple Health to allow you to use Apple Health as your wellness program activity tracker.

If you already have a Healthy Choice portal account, you can login with your current ID and password. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. You must be eligible for Healthy Choice to create an account login.

EHP Healthy Choice integrates with Apple Health using HealthKit. Using this integration is optional and can be enabled and disabled with the Link Apple Health switch in Settings. When enabled, the app:

- collects steps and time summed by day,

- allow you to view this data in the app's Activity view,

- an uploads this data to Healthy Choice where it is applied to your wellness program.

This app requires iOS version 12.4.8, or later, and an Internet connection.
