・Ex. METs 3.8, Weight 50 kg, Time 10 min. (3.8 - 1) x 50 x (10 / 60) x 1.05 = 24.5 kcal.

・Apple Health: It is used to record data in Apple Health.

・Tracking: It is used to deliver personalized ads to you.
