In each lap of this self-paced circuit you will fully and systematically work each muscle group within and surrounding your core. The only equipment needed is a workout mat.
This program is designed for individual use, or as part of a supervised physical therapy program. Even trained athletes will benefit from the Rumpfzirkel circuit.
