MemoAI uses AI to process relevant text from your sources when you generate study content. Notes, folders, and imported files are stored locally on your Mac. AI-generated content may be inaccurate—verify important facts before relying on them. Do not upload sensitive or confidential material you are not allowed to share with third-party AI services.

MemoAI offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly) and a Lifetime purchase option. A free trial may be available with the Monthly plan for eligible users. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Lifetime unlocks Pro access with a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
