Pulse Puff is a personal health companion that makes monitoring your heart rate and blood oxygen simple, visual, and even a little fun.

At the heart of the app is Pulse Puff — a cheerful robot mascot whose mood reflects your health status in real time. When your vitals look great, he's happy. When something needs attention, he lets you know. Tap him and he just might surprise you.

What Pulse Puff tracks:

• Heart Rate — live readings and 24-hour averages, min, and max

• Blood Oxygen (SpO₂) — real-time levels with low O₂ alerts

• Sleep O₂ & Heart Rate — nightly averages, lows, and highs during sleep

• Trends — 1-day, 7-day, 30-day, and 1-year charts for both metrics

Apple Watch companion:

• Dashboard with live heart rate and blood oxygen on your wrist

• Watch face complication showing both metrics side by side

Smart alerts:

• Optional low blood oxygen notifications — set your own alert threshold (75–95%)

• At most one alert every 30 minutes so you're never overwhelmed

More features:

• Manual check-ins to log how you're feeling throughout the day

• Export your data as CSV or PDF

• Sleep window settings for accurate overnight O₂ analysis

• Light and dark mode support

All data stays on your device. Pulse Puff reads from Apple Health and never sells, shares, or transmits your health information.
