Superpowers distills decades of SYPartners’ team-building research into a playful, fast-moving exercise. Inspired by patterns observed in high-performing teams—where each member’s unique role is made explicit—the cards were refined through real-world consulting and field testing. You can also find physical cards in our store and use them casually or as part of a facilitated team exercise.
