PDF Outline Studio

PDF Outline Studio turns long, hard-to-navigate PDFs into documents with a real embedded table of contents.

Import a PDF from Files, read any existing bookmarks, and build a clear hierarchy of chapters and nested sections. Add or edit titles, choose destination pages with visible controls, reorder items, and adjust indentation without relying on a desktop PDF suite.

Before export, Outline Readiness checks for missing titles, destinations outside the document, broken hierarchy levels, repeated titles, and page-order jumps. When the outline is ready, create a separately named PDF with the navigation tree embedded and a UTF-8 CSV index containing order, level, title, and page columns. Share either file with the iOS share sheet.

PDF Outline Studio is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, accounts, ads, analytics SDKs, tracking, cloud sync, or developer-operated servers. PDF content is processed locally on your iPhone or iPad. The original remains untouched unless you independently delete it outside the app.

The app edits embedded PDF outlines and exports an index. It does not edit page text or images, perform OCR, create summaries, sign documents, or synchronize files with a cloud service.
