Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AadhaarBAS) application was created for all Government employees who are registered on the attendance portal to mark their attendance.

The application allows all Government Officers/Employees to mark attendance on daily basis.

This application is not for general public and only registered employees of the Indian Government Offices can mark their attendance.

The employee must have valid Aadhaar number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) for successful employee registration on the attendance portal.

With the need of the hour, team has created software for FACE based Aadhaar authentication with UIDAI RD for attendance marking through Face Authentication. UIDAI RD checks the liveliness and UIDAI do the face matching.

- This application works only in Indian IP Space (within the territory of Government of India).

- The RD service of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) i.e Aadhaar Face RD is used, which is available in the APP Store.

- The application is not used by General Public.

- The target audience for application usage are the registered users of the Attendance System only.

General Attendance Marking Guidelines:

1. The individual marking attendance should ensure that there is Good Light on the face.

2. User should follow all the instructions shown on the UIDAI RD screen.

3. There should not be any multiple objects/persons in the background.
