Sistem Aduan JIPS (Jabatan Integriti dan Pematuhan Standard) is a system developed to facilitate public reporting of integrity-related issues involving members of the Royal Malaysia Police (RMP). It is designed as a transparent, efficient, and user-friendly platform for citizens to lodge complaints regarding misconduct, abuse of power, corruption, and violations of ethical standards by police personnel. The system supports the vision of the Jabatan Integriti dan Pematuhan Standard (JIPS) in enhancing police accountability, professionalism, and public trust. Enhancing accessible complaint channels within the police force ensures that citizens and personnel can easily report misconduct or issues, promoting greater accountability and trust in the system

Enhance Public Engagement & Boost Public Confidence

Encourages community involvement in improving the integrity of RMP through secure and systematic complaint lodgement. By providing a direct and secure complaint channel, it strengthens public confidence in the integrity enforcement mechanism within RMP.

Improve Internal Investigations and Monitoring

Enables JIPS to manage, monitor, and investigate complaints effectively, as well as identify hotspots of misconduct and repeat offenders to improve corrective measures.
