Flow Sync reads your FIT files and adds them to your Apple Health history in seconds. Power, cadence, heart rate, speed, elevation, GPS route: all your cycling data is preserved and available in the Health app or the Fitness app.

Flow Sync also imports the heart rate recorded during your ride, whether it comes from a chest strap, a sensor built into the bike, or any other accessory compatible with your e-bike.

• Enrich an existing workout — Already have a workout in Health (logged manually, via Apple Watch, or another app)? Flow Sync injects the missing data from the FIT file: power, cadence, GPS route, and more.
