Health.md turns your Apple Health data into a beautiful, searchable fitness and wellness journal in Markdown — automatically synced to Obsidian or any folder you choose.

HOW IT WORKS

Health.md is the health tracker built for Obsidian users. Daily notes use your existing template, insert into the right folder, and support Obsidian Bases (YAML frontmatter properties) so your health data becomes queryable in Obsidian's database views.

PRIVACY

Health.md does not store your health data on Health.md servers. Processing happens on your devices, and exports go only to destinations you choose. Health.md automatically collects limited pseudonymous product events using a random app-install ID to understand onboarding and purchase flows. These events never include health values, metric names, health dates, or exported files and are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
