MyVoiceApp +

The purpose of MyVoiceApp+ is to help people who are disable to speak.

This app offers to speak with own voice for people who are difficult to speak due to removing vocal cords or tracheotomy because of surgery of cancer of mouth or throat etc. It is the commercialized version of the result of research and development between us and Hyogo medical university.

From V3.0.0, it supports English version in addition to Japanese version.

Also it supports Apple’s AI based speech synthesis function “Personal Voice” which is offered a standard function of iOS17 / iPadOS17. So now users can speak with the similar voice of their own voice. (Personal voice is only available for English at iOS17/iPadOS17. Please refer Apple’s web site for more detail.)

If you record and store own voice to the app before remove vocal cords or tracheotomy, you can speak with your own voice for conversations.

Just tap icons to speak
To speak words or phrases, you just tap icon. It’s very easy to use. With larger icons, easy to find objective words or phrases to speak. You will never get lost words and no need troublesome operation such as search words to speak.

Text to speech function
If you don’t record your voice, you can use text to speech function which is provided by the device(iPhone/iPad) instead. The voice type to speak can be selected by your self. If you have set up personal voice already, you can speak with the voice which your device created as the similar your voice.

Speak user writing sentence on the fly
You can type sentences to speak anytime. It is a useful function when you want to speak words or phrases which have not registered in the app yet.

Organizing words or phrases by conversation scene
This app configures words or phrases by each conversation scene. Because only necessary words or phrases will be shown for the conversation scene, you can easily find one you want to speak.

Customize as you like
You can customize the app such as adding words or phrases to speak, adding conversation scene or organizing them according to your needs. With this functionality, you can set up the app as you want.

No internet connection is required
Internet connection is NOT required for conversation with this app. Using recorded voice, using text to speech function or using personal voice to speak something even offline. You can speak something to others anytime, anywhere.

As the default, this app preparing about 80 icons for words which will be often used daily life or the life of hospitalization. Once record your voice for them, you can start speaking with your voice. Add any words or any phrases to make the app useful for your daily conversation.
