No account or email address is required. Your collection records, photographs, and documents are stored locally in app-managed storage on your device. When you save your first real piece, you create a six-digit collection PIN. Supported device authentication can help you reset a forgotten PIN.

The app makes limited online connections to public sources for gold reference prices and brand-name checks. Your jewelry photographs and documents are not sent for these features. Your device's system backup may include app data according to your Apple backup settings.
