Sleepr App

Sleepr is a tiny menu-bar utility that schedules your Mac to sleep on a timer, perfect for falling asleep to a movie, a podcast, or some music without leaving your Mac running all night.

Pick a preset, set an exact bedtime, or define recurring schedules. Sleepr handles the rest, with a friendly heads-up before sleep so you can extend if you're not quite done.
