When you want to organize many photos at once, you can long-press to select multiple photos. To choose specific photos to organize, tap the number in the top right corner to select them.

Move travel photos to a travel album. Move pet photos to a pet album. Keep the photos you want to cherish, and send unwanted photos to the delete queue.
