WHY TEMPO MATTERS

Lifting to a set tempo — a slow lowering phase, a controlled lift, a pause — is one of the simplest ways to make every rep count. But keeping that tempo in your head while you push through a hard set is almost impossible. RepEcho does the counting for you. It beeps and vibrates on every phase, so all you have to do is move with the beat.

SET A TEMPO LIKE 3-1-2

Use the classic tempo notation: lowering, pause at the bottom, lifting, pause at the top. Dial in something like 3-1-2 and RepEcho marks each phase with a clear cue. Your rep stays smooth and controlled from top to bottom.

SETS, REPS AND REST — SORTED

Build a workout as a list of exercises, each with its own tempo, target reps, sets and rest. RepEcho counts your reps, then runs the rest timer automatically between sets, so you always know exactly when to go again. Add or trim rest on the fly with a single tap.
