Employees register expenses, meal allowances, and mileage allowances directly in the app. The information is securely stored with access available from both a web browser and the app.

Administrators can customize settings for the company, establish direct connections with the company’s financial system, and personalize the app's appearance.

Email receipts are forwarded to [email protected]. Support is available for managing digital receipts received directly from stores. Paper receipts are photographed directly in the app.
