These terms govern use of AppPriceData. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to treat its prices, rankings, promotions, and availability as dated informational observations rather than guarantees from an app store or developer.

AppPriceData is an independent information service that organizes publicly observable app-store metadata, prices, rankings, promotions, TestFlight links, and regional comparisons. We are not Apple, Google, an app developer, a payment processor, or a reseller of the apps shown on the site.
Data accuracy and availability
Storefront information can change between observations. Public in-app purchase lists can be incomplete, rankings are snapshots, promotions can end without notice, and regional availability can depend on account or store settings. Converted currencies are reference values and are not checkout quotes.
Acceptable use
- Use the public pages for lawful research, comparison, discovery, and reference purposes.
- Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, Turnstile, bot protections, or other security measures.
- Do not intentionally overload, disrupt, probe, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not submit deceptive, malicious, unlawful, or knowingly false promotion or TestFlight information.
- Do not present AppPriceData observations as official statements from Apple, Google, or an app developer.
Third-party services and trademarks
Apple, App Store, TestFlight, Google, Google Play, app names, icons, developer names, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. References are used to identify public products and sources and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Third-party links and stores are governed by their own terms. AppPriceData is not responsible for purchases, refunds, accounts, availability, or content controlled by those third parties.
Site content and changes
AppPriceData may change, correct, remove, or stop publishing pages or observations when data quality, security, legal, or operational reasons require it. The site interface, original explanatory text, reports, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, subject to third-party rights in source material.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an informational and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AppPriceData disclaims warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, complete, current, or error-free.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AppPriceData is not liable for losses caused by reliance on stale or incomplete store observations, third-party transactions, unavailable apps, currency conversion differences, or external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
