Icura

The Icura app guides you to get the most out of your home training. The app records your exercise and activity.

To activate and use the Icura app, you need the Icura sensor and the activation code you have received. Have both ready and follow the instructions on your phone or tablet when you open the app for the first time.

The app then displays your individual activity and home training programme.

The Icura app has the following modules:

– Sit to Stand Test: With the Sit to Stand functional test, you can regularly test how many times in 30 seconds you can stand up and sit down from a chair. The test gives you a picture of your current physical level.

- Rate your activities: Here you can evaluate selected activities that you find difficult. You can use this function to see how much you improve throughout your program.

– Physical activity: With the Icura sensor in your pocket, your activity will be recorded throughout the day. This can include movement, steps, stair climbing and cycling. You can continuously track your progress. Alternatively, you can also use your phone or smartwatch to record activity with the Health app. Read more about Icura's use of Health at the bottom.

– Exercises: Here you will find your training programme with exercises suited to your level and needs. Each exercise begins with a video instruction that you should follow to ensure your exercises are performed correctly.

– My activities: Here you can provide feedback on everyday activities that you would like to improve on. The function helps you to assess your experience and optionally indicate pain or comment on the experience.

Icura uses the Health app to give you insight into your physical activity. Icura reads the following data from Health: Steps, movement, stair climbing, and cycling.
